Session structure
Medicare
The standard fee for each session is $250. Payment methods include cash, direct debit, EFTPOS, or via online secure card storage. Fees are subject to annual review and you will be notified of any upcoming changes in the fees.
The first session will be approximately 60 minutes in duration. All subsequent consultations are approximately 50 minutes long.
Psychology services are often accessed through the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) under the Better Access initiative. Clients can receive a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year if referred by a General Practitioner (GP) under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).
